Bouncy Bouncy Baby

This weekend was pretty uneventfull. Based on our prior weekends we are A OK with that. The less that happens the better at this point. :) It was a rainy weekend so aside from a little grocery shopping and a run to the dump, mom and dad and Charlotte stayed in. Saturday we watched movies. Sunday we watched tv. In between the television and movie watching we did hook up Charlottes bungee jumper that Hayley and Mike and Piper gave us. That provided some entertainment as you can see by the pictures. Dad also tried his hand at cooking some food for Ms. Charlotte. He made some potatoes and some carrots. The potatoes were not a hit at all. Charlotte quickly clammed up and refused any more. The carrots went over much better but still not great. Dad has a feeling she is going to love sweet potatoes. Maybe he should also try asparagus and brussell sprouts?

Sunday morning Jon, Tracey, Paul, & Jena came over so we could all go to the Fireman's Breakfast down the street at the firestation. Hard to believe has already been a month! Mom finally ate something other than yogurt and macaroni & cheese and ice pops. She had some home fries and english muffins without any problem, as well as shephards pie. She has her ultrasound on Tuesday to check out her innerds. Lets hope it goes well and she doesn't need a new gallbladder. (they wont give her a new one, just take the old broken one out).
